  2. JustNailArt.co.za will make every attempt to keep your personal data safe.  Your details will only be used to service you on the JustNailArt.co.za website.
  3. Should merchandise be found faulty after being inspected by JustNailArt.co.za, the item will be replaced or a store credit issued depending on the wishes of the client.
  4. Stock levels are maintained on a daily basis and adjusted according to stock availability.  The client will be contacted immediately by JustNailArt.co.za in the unlikelihood that a stock issue occurs.
  5. Every precaution will be taken to ensure that your parcel is secure.  Thereafter it is up to a third party to deliver safely.  Once orders have been submitted to a postal service, JustNailArt.co.za no longer has liability over items damaged in transit, lost parcels, and etcetera.  However, if you have requested a registered package, JustNailArt.co.za will assist you in tracking your parcel should unforeseen complications arise.
