Shipments and returns

  1. After payment is cleared, delivery times are dependent on the shipping service selected.
  2. Shipping time frames specified within the JustNailArt.co.za website are guidelines only.  JustNailArt.co.za cannot be held liable for late delivery as we are at the mercy of our Suppliers and Courier Companies.
  3. All returns are at the Client’s own expense.
  4. Should you supply an incorrect address, JustNailArt.co.za cannot be held liable for a missing package or recall such a package.
  5. JustNailArt.co.za does not ship outside of South Africa.
  6. Shipping will only occur once payment has been cleared and processed.
  7.  JustNailArt.co.za will ensure that your items are packaged safely but cannot be held responsible once packages have been shipped and therefore the obligation falls to the Client.  JustNailArt.co.za will not be held liable should packages be damaged or lost due to poor handling.  However, JustNailArt.co.za will assist you in tracking down your lost parcel by contacting the courier and provide you with updates (should you use a tracking option when selecting your shipping preference).
